Your best targets to gain these boosts are cards with Seasoned, like Roja and Hojadanzante de Bravos, or Mago danzante kadigirano for even more spell boostage.

Mandatory cards to play are the aforementioned cards, as well as Entrenamiento de meditación to keep your boosted characters on board. All the other slots are free for you to play around with, and Uniques that gain/give boosts are also good additions to the deck.
