ExAltered Contest - Starter Deck

This starter deck is meant to introduce one of the traits of Bravos: "Replay your Characters from Reserve to increase their strength." I introduced two Bravos mechanics: losing fleeting with Helping Hand, Bravos Vanguard and Mulan, and seasoned keyword that many characters have in this deck. As OOF cards, Ozma and Dracaena work very well with Basira since one triggers if characters are boosted, and the other keeps boosts for several turns thanks to anchor.
