Isaree Sacrifice

This deck focuses on playing permanents and sacrificing them.

It's important to play with the idea that excess landmarks at night aren't discarded, but sacrificed. Excess aeroliths allow you to start the next day with more than two cards in reserve:

  1. At night evaluate the limits of the reserve and landmarks zones.
  2. Discard until two cards remain on both zones. Excess landmarks are sacrificed.
  3. Since extra aeroliths have been sacrified automatically, resupply.
  4. End the day with the two cards on the reserve in addition to the resupplied cards thanks to the aeroliths.

It depends heavily on drawing either Aerolith Quarry, Aerolith Quarry or Brassbug Nursery at the beginning.

It needs to have a stable production of sacrificial landmarks (mainly aeroliths) to increase the value of playing The Grems, Bessie Coleman, Yzmir Nurse and Axiom Puppeteer.

Thanks to the resupply from aeroliths this deck tends to have the card advantage in many matchups (with exceptions like Treyst & Rossum or very control-focused decks).
