Treyst is back!

Yes, you're reading the same as me! Treyst is really back!

I've tested this amazing deck and it can be powerful in the right hands. It's not AN AMAZING INVENTION because is very similar to Treyst's decks at first set, but the new cards from this set gives the power that Treyst needed since Haven, Bravos Bastion was banned and nerfed.

The main and the most important changes from this set to this deck are The Refinery and... our little... The Grems

Some tips are here for you:

  • Try to get Treyst's ability as soon as possible with all your "ressuply" cards while getting the game neutral.

  • Playing Haven, Bravos Bastion in your first turns is very useful for the last point, but when The Refinery appears... it is the best option for mid-late game.

  • The deck have 3-PHASE permanents:

(1) Haven, Bravos Bastion for early game, just to take advantage of little boosts and getting Treyst's scrap counters.

(2) The Refinery for midrange. It is THE BEST and very easy to take 3/4 sap counters in each of your turns, so... you're units will be very powerful.

(3) Icebound Peak is the late permanent. This permanent will be like a VERY BIG PUNCH in the face of your opponents and as The Refinery, is very easy to get the 3 counters to create that amazing drake 5/5/5 and boost all your units. Be careful, the IDEAL way to use this permanent is playing all your units first and then, activate the last counter to optimize the boosts.

  • Finally, don't have fear to use the second ability of The Grems to create in the right moment (for example, when you have your third permanent in your landmark zone...) the 2/2/2 brassbug token.
