This deck came up as an upgrade to the pre constructed version. The game plan is to win with Hive and Huge robots. We thus have 6 cards that let us play a hive one turn sooner. Sierra is similar to Kojo if you play a landmark 1 turn out of 2. Thus we play cards that get better with landmarks and robots.
